Remix 3: Peaceful

Day 3.  Green is a peaceful color. So is purple.  What you should know is this green wall is in the middle of a bad part of town.  Pimps and druggies walking around not to far from the photoshoot.  Not exactly a peaceful location.  Wow, one of them even came by and asked if I could take his picture!! So I did. And I won't post it for fear that someone will happen across this blog and see it and think its my boyfriend or something.. hah hah.    I am shaking from an Earl Grey Tea overload.. buzzing on tea caffeine and no snack yet today.  On to my outfit:

Remix Items: Black skirt, purple top, brown cowboy(ish) boots
I also am wearing some brown fishnets with this today (I put them on after the photoshoot as an afterthought).  While I have never liked country and western music (other than  Johnny Cash), I am beginning to realize those ladies had something going with the cowboy boots and skirts.  I am liking this look.  And think some booties and short skirts would look really good too..  I love my legs free and shorter skirts.  I feel SASSY!!  And let me tell you, the $40 I spent on this belt a few years ago has paid for itself a million times over.. I even think I wear this belt too much... it is undoubtedly the key staple of my wardrobe.   Off I go for a snack now.. I promise not to leave crumbs... Mwah xxo j

  1. I love the look! The length of the skirt is perfect and the belt complements it very well. Not mentioning the cut of the shirt.

  10. I love your blouse!!
Funny about the cowgirl boots thing...I used to hate it when people that obviously weren't cowgirls wore them...(because usually they wore them with a mini skirt, and cleavage top at Calgary Stampede time..sluts..hahaha)...but now I find myself wearing them alot...and I'm quite far from a cowgirl (or slut..haha)
