Daily Outfit: From me to You

Well it's Friday!! Jeans day at work.  I pulled out these camel booties that I almost never wear and thought today is the day!!  And this tunic is a dark chocolate brown, which I love.  BUT for some reason I feel like some matured lady going out for groceries in this outfit, like a soccer mom dressed up.  I don't know why but I do.  So that leads me to the "From Me to You" part of today's post.  Several people have posted things like " tell us more about yourself".  So here we go:

  • I am NOT a soccer mom :)
  • I do not have kids
  • I am  5'10 and a bit in height
  • I am the only girl of 3 brothers (was a tomboy growing up!)
  • I have spent over 6 years living and working internationally in places such as Ghana, Egypt, Israel, Greece, New Zealand
  • I am an exercise fanatic and love moving!!  Of the 3 sports in triathlon (swim/bike/run) I am strongest at biking and weakest at swimming
  • My mom and I are best friends
  • I am LOVING this blog!!  I would never have imagined I would be having so much fun with it!!
So that's a bit about me for now.  And Hi to new followers, I hope either you get some outfit ideas or at least a couple of laughs here and there!!  No plans for the weekend other than planning my 30 for 30 ensemble for the 30 for 30 Challenge that starts on Monday November 8!!

Have a super weekend ladies and I will catch up with you this weekend.  MWAH xox J

  17. There is no way that is 5 bucks, that is crazy all-time best deal! Love knowing more about you. One little detail I can't join the Ironman is that, I am so pathetic in swimming!

    You impress me!

&& I love biking too. :D I could do it forever, where as I can't run three miles without collapsing. >_> hehe.

  19. Just came across your blog because of Kendi's Challenge and I have to say I am already in love with it. I think it is especially great how you rock the height with heels (people give us tall girls grief but I'm all about the heels too). Looking forward to seeing all your remixes. - Katy

  20. When I was in Ireland in 2008 I threw out my camel booties in Cork as I needed room in my suitcase *blush* and this post is making me think it's time to go find some replacements!

And yes - tall girls unite, and wear heels!
