Seasonal Recipe Favorite

CEVICHE
- 1 lb halibut, sea bass, or snapper fillets (or use a mixture of fish and shrimp)
- 5 -6 limes (enough juice to cover fish)
- Marinade seafood in lime juice between 4-6 hours, then drain and mix with:
- 1 cup diced fresh tomato
- 1 green pepper, sweet, chopped
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon oregano (optional)
- 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar (optional)
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Serve on bed of greens with tortilla chips. A cold mexican beer is also good with this!! :)

Hey you gorgeous woman you! I was so SURE you would post a fish dish! :) I TOTALLY forgot about FBFF this time! I would have posted a typical Greek recipe, stuffed tomatoes. Anyways.
