Remix 30: Take Two (for REAL I DID it this time)

Day 30. For REAL this time!! I am done. did it . wore it. saved it. thought about it. liked it. loved it.  will miss it.  Okay okay.. This challenge was totally fun.  I got to squeeze out some creativity I didn't know I had. I wore outfits I would never have put together otherwise and I never actually felt like " I don't have anything to wear".  I can't believe I even think that with my existing wardrobe with all the items in it. That's simply crazy. So, this challenge has just reinforced that I am simply CRAZY. But I already knew that :).  Seriously, I HIGHLY recommend that everyone does this kind of a challenge to put your wardrobe into perspective and as a way to come up with more ideas.  AND you don't shop for 30 days, which for me actually wasn't that hard.

YESTERDAY, I was so touched.  20 York Street quoted me on her blog AND she gave me a Stylish Bloggers Award. How super awesome is that???  Please do take a look at what she quoted me saying.. whatever about what I said, more importantly that she thought it was important enough to quote. VERY cool.
Thanks ML.. me LUVS you xoox j

Remix Items:  Crazy skirt, black turtle neck, black stretchy boots Z(aka socks with heels :)

  1. Yay, you really did it! I always realize I have too many clothes after the challenge too! I really think I could get by with 30 pieces of clothing each season! Maybe shoes and jackets could be extra

  4. yay for finishing!! I agree that this challenge totally puts things into perspective. I didn't realize until you pointed it out that I never had that "nothing to wear" moment either. It was always a questions of what can I put together this time?
I love this outfit. Black, gray and red with a print on bottom? Love it

  5. Congrats on finishing the 30/30
I do love that skirt and I like that you put the red with it. For some reason, red hardly ever makes it into my wardrobe.

  8. I love the skirt.

I read the words you wrote (that Marilou quoted) when you first posted them and thought, wow... that's really impressive... the perfect thing to say and nicely said. I'm glad they had such an effect on her.

Sometimes we never learn of our influence on others. I try to tell bloggers who are kind to me how much their effort affects me. People should be rewarded for kindness -- and that includes you!
